This class is designed for women (18 years+) who are interested in pelvic floor health. All levels are invited from beginner to advanced to those who just need a refresher on pelvic floor and core exercises. If you are 6 weeks or 16+ years postpartum, are menopausal, are experiencing urine leakage or organ prolapse, THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU! Not only will you learn how to correctly strengthen and improve your pelvic floor muscles - you will also learn how to engage the correct muscles with lifting and carrying; you will also learn the importance of pelvic floor releases and relaxation – for well-balanced and coordinated muscle control. Once you complete the session, you will be confident in how to safely continue with a home program and or how to integrate your new pelvic control into you fitness routine!
